The overall service was excellent, with no unnecessary steps or upselling. The car pickup was fast, the service was great, and the staff was very humorous!
The car was okay, but there were many scratches and marks, all of which were documented. However, various warnings appeared while driving, including issues with tire pressure, the roof, and the fuel tank.
After we couldn't get the BMW, the counter staff helped us to get the car we wanted.
