The Chinese assistant helped us with the pickup, which was very convenient and fast. We specifically chose a Camry, but when we got to the store, there were not many good options for the same category. We ended up with a basic Jeep. It looked fine from the outside and had a mileage of several thousand, but the acceleration was very slow. On American highways, speeds are generally above 100 km/h, and to keep up, we had to press the gas hard, which was exhausting.

I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the parking lot didn’t have any and the other comparable models weren’t appealing. Even though I can accept other models of the same level, the selected one was the most attractive at the time of booking. Most SUVs don't have a luggage cover, so if you leave luggage in the car in outdoor parking for extended periods, the risk is higher in certain areas. The car rental companies I previously booked all provided a luggage cover.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.

I had already checked in online, but had to do it again at the pick up. Waste of time doing it twice!
