vehicle was fine. Drop-off point details were a mistake. No drop-off point at location shown on contract. spent some time finding out correct drop-off point and then driving there. Have complained to Enterprise. £200 deposit has not yet been returned, but no reason for it to be retained

The Zuzuche platform is quite good.

Great service. Staff were polite. Bargain for £40/day in Edinburgh during the festival (mid size car). Lenient scratch policy. Unlimited mileage. Amie was pleasant during drop off. Would return again.

Yes the price got me very cheap for the month of August. Easy booking process. No complaints.

My booking said GPS navigation would be provided, but this was not so. Tank was 7/8 filled although counter staff told me I had to return it with a full tank of petrol.

Price Drop seems to be only a gimmick..

Enterprise staff were excellent and polite at both collection and return.
