The provided car did not match the one I reserved. The description mentioned it could fit three suitcases, but it could only fit one 24-inch and one 20-inch suitcase. They kept trying to upsell me on a car upgrade and insurance. The car had many scratches on the driver's door.

The vehicle did not match the reservation at all, and the actual charge of $350 was far from the budget. Additionally, the available models in the store did not match the reserved ones. Being in a foreign country with no other options, I had to make do. Overall, it made me feel cheated.
