Good car

When I picked up the car, there was almost no queue. The attendant was a lady who was very patient and both drew and wrote things down to make sure I understood. I got a new Mercedes with only 4,100 kilometers on it, and it performed excellently! Returning the car was also very quick; the staff just took a quick look and let me go. It was a very pleasant car rental experience.

Picked up the car at the central train station branch. The paperwork was done on the first floor of a clean and tidy building. The pickup location is in a dedicated parking structure (turn left and walk approximately 5 minutes). Arrived at 8 AM, no queue, and was warmly received by a very nice German lady. Efficient and courteous.

You have to do everything yourself, it's inconvenient.

The location is easy to find, but the rental office and the car storage area are not in the same building, requiring a walk of about 300 meters.
