I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.
Renting a car was very convenient. It was my first time renting a car for self-driving in a foreign country, and the whole process was very simple! The car was in excellent condition, which added a lot of fun to the journey. Returning the car was also very easy; I just scanned the code and could leave. It was great that the shuttle bus to the airport was seamlessly connected.
Satisfied, the car model is good and relatively new.
