Upon arrival, the customer service personnel will scare you by saying that because you didn't buy insurance here, any scratch will cost you 800 euros. It feels exaggerated.

The car was pretty good. However, because one gas station near the airport was under renovation and another one couldn't take credit cards for some unknown reason, I had to return the car without a full tank. For 440 km, the average fuel consumption of the Toyota was 6L, and they charged me €70.62. They showed me the receipt on an iPad and said they would email the bill to me later. In the end, I didn't receive anything in my email, but my credit card showed a charge of over €83, which was extremely frustrating!

Pickup and return were mostly smooth. However, after completing the paperwork at the counter, there was no one in the garage to inspect the car, and it took over half an hour to find someone. The car was in good condition with 2100M without any issues.
