Eventually, they only gave me a Camry, the worst option in its class. They also didn't have the models they initially promised. The return process was extremely inefficient, and I still haven't received a return receipt or confirmation email. The accident handling was very slow. After an incident, I had to switch cars in Vancouver, but they said it was a U.S. car and refused to accept it upon return.

Having a bunch of car keys that can't be separated is very inconvenient, especially with multiple drivers. They find ways to charge more, and adding multiple drivers costs over 100 yuan extra per day.
