I chose the full-to-full fuel policy, but the car wasn’t full when I picked it up. The shuttle bus is shared with Dollar, which resulted in a long wait. The bus was dirty, and the staff especially asked Chinese people for the return receipt, which felt racist and discriminatory. Although the price is competitive, I have to say that the overall experience with Thrifty is very poor.
