It's okay

There were few staff members, but the process is very quick if there's no queue.

The staff's attitude was great, the car rental procedures were straightforward, and the vehicles were new, clean, and tidy inside and out. The car we rented had a spacious area for luggage in the back, making it very suitable for a family trip. Overall, the car rental experience was excellent!

The overall service was poor. The staff responsible for picking up and returning the car were very irresponsible. We had to stand under the sun for twenty minutes when picking up the car and the same happened when returning it, which almost made us miss our flight. Fortunately, the airport queues weren't as long as they used to be. PS: We called several times but no one came. Additionally, the store recommends refueling at a Shell station, but they only have 95-octane fuel, not 91. It's better to refuel elsewhere.

1. The car was not clean when I received it. There was ash under the seat and a suspicious liquid in a mineral water bottle. 2. They found an excuse not to refund the deposit. No one smoked during the trip, but they showed a photo claiming someone did and refused to refund the deposit. 3. After forcibly withholding the deposit, there was no feedback at all. I only found out 3 months later when I inquired myself.
