Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!
