“Picked Up at Los Angeles Airport, Returned in Alhambra”

Booked through QEEQ for 3 days at $183, arrived an hour early and the bill changed to over $220. Told them I rented for 3 full days but they couldn't adjust it, issuing the bill for 3 days and 1 hour. Not sure if the problem was with the system or the staff. After signing and swiping my card, I saw a charge of $266. Didn't have time to argue, so drove off feeling ripped off. On the third day, I returned the car an hour and a half early, received a message saying the charge changed to around $182. I'm really not sure how to rate Avis.

Very straightforward. Once I got to the rental centre, the guy at the desk was very efficient. I had to wait about 15 mins for the car but that wasn't a problem at all. All very easy
