Excellent service. Arrived at 8 AM with almost no queue. The staff was quick and didn't push any upsells.

Not bad, both picking up and returning the car were quite convenient. Initially, they gave me a Dodge which was too big, but I easily swapped it for a Toyota Avalon at the counter.

The processing speed was acceptable, but there was a Hong Kong girl named Tiffany who was very misleading. The car provided was not the same size as the one booked, and there was no prior communication with the customer. Later, a manager named Steve came out and reluctantly helped to resolve it. Overall, not satisfied.
