The first staff member was inexperienced with the process and system operation. When they couldn't provide the reserved car model, they were unable to effectively communicate with the manager. The following supervisor who assisted had a very poor attitude, being indifferent and unhelpful. They offered a lower-end vehicle with only $25 compensation or an upgrade at an additional cost. Then, yet another supervisor came with a different solution. Overall, the experience felt highly unprofessional. The car's condition was acceptable, but the service was very poor. I will avoid using this company in the future if possible.

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.

On the second day of the rental, the tire had an issue and the car couldn't be driven. Called over thirty times and no solution was provided. Ended up having to stay overnight in a nearby town. The next morning, made over ten more calls and ultimately had to drive the problematic car to a nearby repair shop to get an old tire replaced, then drove over a hundred kilometers to Melbourne to get a new one. Wasted an entire day, and I had three kids and my wife with me! Terrible service!

Very bad experience. When returning the car at Melbourne Airport, we were in a hurry to catch a flight and were unfamiliar with how to get into the Europcar garage. We went to the Europcar return office to ask for directions, but the staff ignored us and refused to help. They seemed to take pleasure in our distress, knowing we were about to miss our flight. They refused to give us directions to the parking spot nearby and insisted we drive to the designated location. Luckily, we found other helpful people at the airport; otherwise, we would've missed our flight. Due to the rush, my friend's mom twisted her ankle while moving luggage, which caused significant discomfort during our trip. We are extremely dissatisfied with the staff's indifferent and gloating attitude.

We had the best experience with Europcar at Melbourne Airport! The lady behind the counter was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked out into the car park area and discovered that she had upgraded us! The car was practically brand new, having only done 3000kms! When returning the vehicle, again, customer service was excellent and it was totally hassle free. We could not speak more highly about our experience with Europcar and will definitely be recommending Europcar to everyone!
