This company has no signs at the airport. At Melbourne T2 airport, I had to call them to send someone to pick us up, waited for more than half an hour. When I called again to urge them, they informed us to go to T3. We dragged our luggage there only to find the car heading to T2. We ran back to T2 with our bags, and it took over an hour to finally reach their office. It was almost 4 PM by then; the place was deserted with only an old lady working there. From the moment we entered, she was on the phone. We waited a long time without anyone assisting us. Eventually, she got off the phone and started serving us while still on another call, taking 40 minutes to get the car. The experience was terrible, and we ended up with a rundown Corolla that had already driven 220,000 kilometers and had a strong odor! The car was covered in scratches, and it even leaked through the sun visor when it rained in Adelaide.
The customer service from Faasala Siofele at Jucys was so helpful & so accommodating to my every need,it was excellent to have a staff member listen to what vehicle would suit me best for what I had planned for my stay in Sydney. Everything went smoothly will definitely recommend Jucy to friends & family
& hopefully they deal with Miss Faasala Siofele.

The staff was super cool and relaxed at the time of pick up and drop off. He served me pretty quick and handed over the car keys. Even at the time of a drop off it was pretty quick and easy!

Please fix your stupid system! My actual charges should have been $20x7 days but it turned out $25x7 days because of your system picked up 8 days on your end whereas 7 days on Jucy rentals end!
The customer service lady called and gave me a voucher !!! She told me that it would expire but what a crap! She lied and it expires in a month or so! Hate liars !!!
We rented two cars at the exact same price and with the same description. One car was significantly better than the other. Around 5 years newer. Generally the price was low, so can't complain too much

It was easy, but the picture was misleading. Showing what looks like a new model when the car we get is probably close to 10 years old. Had a CD player.
