When picking up the car, they kept trying to sell us upgrades for the vehicle and insurance. They laughed at us when we refused, saying there wouldn't be enough space for our group and luggage, showing a lack of professionalism.

The waiting time was too long, and I couldn't get the vehicle I had pre-booked.

1) The reserved car was not available; they said only SUVs were available and gave us a broken car. 2) They charged me nearly $200, claiming it was a deposit, but later it turned out to be a fee. 3) The total rental cost was over $5000, and the insurance and additional charges from the rental company cost another $4000. Not worth it.

First time renting a car abroad, very good!

The rental company refunded the useless GPS.
