The process was quite fast. The SQ5 we initially requested wasn't available, so they gave us a Q5 instead and offered us a full tank of gas so we wouldn't need to return the car with a full tank.

The staff tried to sell us insurance and fuel options when we rented the car. We declined. They also asked if we were going to places off the Great Ocean Road and whether we had prepaid for toll roads. Overall, their attitude was good, but communication wasn't very smooth.

The store is very close to the international arrivals, making it easy to find. The staff are very patient. It's also very convenient when returning the car.

The staff at Melbourne airport are very friendly and kind. They are very patient and explain any issues in detail.
