Very satisfied. Everything went smoothly. They did try to upsell and recommend a car upgrade, but for a mid-to-large car, full insurance was sufficient.
The service staff are extremely unprofessional. I rented a car for two days, misplaced a $600 GPS phone, and they charged me $1200. Finally, they admitted the mistake but didn't know when they'd refund me, nor did they apologize.
After arriving at the airport, you can take a shuttle bus, which takes about ten minutes to get there. The store also has self-service kiosks, very convenient.
