Very satisfied. Picked up the car an hour earlier than scheduled. The rental company had the vehicle ready and assisted with the paperwork. Also returned the car an hour earlier. The pickup and return process were both very simple and the price was reasonable. Very satisfied.

The service is attentive, and it's a well-known company that can be trusted.

Hertz's service attitude is great, and the process is very quick. You just need to return the keys when dropping off. Although the dashboard warning light came on while driving in Queenstown, Hertz staff replaced the car with a newer and better one immediately, which is commendable.

The service attitude was great, but the only regret is that we didn't get the expected model (Forester).
