I had booked the seven-passenger van. Then I told my group to use your company for rentals.
When I got to the pick-up location. Your staff said We have a 7 passenger Tacoma only. We needed space for luggage. After 30 minutes of wait, she brought the van. My group had cars reserved both got Jeep wranglers.
I rented a Dodge Grand Caravan, and they told me they did not have one. That made a problem with 4 adults, 4 golf travel bags, and 4 large suitcases for an 18 day trip. The Dodge Durango was not an even swap, we were squashed the entire time. They did give me the 2nd driver free of charge per my request to them for the obvious inconvenience. I would have appreciated a heads up before arrival so we could make other arrangements and not find out on arriving at 9:30 pm.... The airport shuttle to the Car rental place went smooth, but the Shuttle the rental car center to routes was over an hour wait... there was a young family waiting next to us and with their little kids and the late hour, this was horrible. especially when it is only an eight minute drive from the airport itself!! I could tell this was going to be the same problem when I returned the vehicle, so I just got an Uber and avoided the whole aggravation. Also on return of vehicle, there wasn't any signage on procedure, and it was very different then any other rental care company I have ever used. The price was great, the desk staff were very professional to deal with even with the inconvenience of downgrading the vehicle we needed, but the shuttle service set up is HORRIBLE and needs attention!!
Routes not on main car rental location where most other car rentals are from airport so you need wait for their shuttle to go get you after you call that takes kinda long time to arrive...was like 30 minutes. Process of getting car was fast , got car I wanted to get in good shape, staff was helpfull with finding damages on car so they dont try to trick you. When I was driving piece of plastic on doors fell off, I didnt do anything to damage car was clearly manufacturer thing , googled piece of plastic was about 30 USD (new) but when I was dropping off car I had to pay 500 USD ,even tho I paid 500 USD already at beggining and gonna get rest back after repair for damages I didnt cause or couldnt prevent. Hope repair wont be overpriced becouse I know you just clean it and put there piece of plastic ,I know becouse I work in Škoda and I know how those being put on (we use screws tho so this cant happen , here was just glue).
Awesome experience fair exceeded my expectations. Will use them again given the opportunity. Don’t forget to bring you proof of insurance with you at checkin.

Car was great, shuttle driver to routes was pleasant. Getting the car was busy but guy helping us was great. Returning the car was busy, and lady at the counter was very rude to everyone. Lacked customer service skills.
This location seems totally unprofessional and unorganized. There are cars everywhere. It also is an airport parking location for paid customers. Be prepared to spend some time here and also unlike the other major car rentals, this drop off requires you to stand in the line again to return a vehicle.
