The staff at the car rental company were very friendly.

The car was fine, but the counter service was too slow. It took 2 hours to pick up the car as they kept pushing insurance and upgrades.

Excellent, very attentive service with a dedicated shuttle bus for pick-up

The Thrifty location in Seattle requires a shuttle bus ride. Since it was off-peak, the wait time wasn't long. However, due to the staff not recognizing the insurance contract provided by the rental company, there were additional expenses beyond what was originally expected.

Like: I liked that i had a selection to choose from then the car was almost new and it had navigation sunroof, great gas mileage, and i did not have to fill it up when i came back. I got to enjoy driving not worrying about filling the gas tank.
Dislike: I wish the price would have been lower because i would have been able to rent the car longer and take advantage of the insurance bump up they offered to me.
