There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the Hertz parking lot. The driver was very nice and helped us with our luggage. The parking lot signs are clear. However, the counter staff tried to sell us insurance when we picked up the car.

Did not clearly tell me the direction to pick up the car. As a result, I had to confirm with the front desk twice, carrying two heavy suitcases back and forth in the winter.

I recently rented a car from Hertz in JFK Airport New York, and my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up process quick and seamless.
