The credit card was charged over 110,000 TWD for the rental, but it should have been just over 60,000 TWD. The extra charge was not communicated nor refunded.
There are many customers renting cars. If you know how to use the self-service machine, you almost don't need to wait in line. I rented a Nissan Altima, which has average condition with over 30,000 miles on it. The car has a noticeable alignment issue and hasn't been well-maintained.
I ordered Jeep Grand Chorkee or similar but I received the car with lower class. For Jeep Grand Chorkee Alamo wanted to charge me additional very high fee.
