Driving alone is really boring... Drove 500 miles on the highway in one afternoon and got exhausted

When picking up the car at the Hertz location, the reserved model was not available, and we were not notified in advance. We were informed upon arrival that we needed to pay for an upgrade. Additionally, the delay caused by this issue did not result in an extension of the rental period.

Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, just right outside the airport hall, a 2-minute walk.

Excellent again, always use this pick up point when we arrive in to Melbourne

very easy and good price

The staff at pickup were stressed and there were too few of them to deal with the amount of customers. As we were on a road trip and time was paramount, this wait was unacceptable
