The car rental company's service was excellent, and the pick-up and drop-off process was very convenient.

The attitude at pick-up was terrible. They claimed there were no Ford Everest diesel cars, but I saw one in the parking lot and took a photo. They then wanted to charge extra, even though it was the same class. The service at the counter was abysmal.

The rental car counters at Queenstown Airport are very accommodating. The handover process is simple, you get the keys and head straight to the parking lot to find your car. It’s easy to locate the parking area by following the signs, and each company’s cars are parked in their own sections.

There wasn't much interaction, but picking up the car at the airport was quite convenient.
