Very satisfied! Great car model, quick and enthusiastic service from the staff, and the vehicle was clean and tidy.

The service and attitude were excellent, but the refueling aspect was not satisfactory. The car was half full when we picked it up. The staff suggested that we pay over 100 Euros so we wouldn't have to return the car with a full tank. They also claimed that fueling up through them would be cheaper than outside. We agreed, but it turned out refueling outside wasn't that expensive. We spent less than 40 Euros to fill half the tank. We felt deceived in this regard.

The rental company was pretty good, picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

The condition of the car was excellent, 12000km, the model was upgraded, but it wasn't a free upgrade - they did charge extra for the model upgrade. However, the fee wasn't very high and was acceptable. Returning the car was very smooth and the paperwork was simple. I just don't know when the deposit pre-authorization will be refunded!

Very good rental company ! They suggested me a lot of upgrade possibilities... but I don't need them for my trip.
