Initially, there was no MPV available. On the second day, following a reminder from QEEQ, we went to the car rental agency and exchanged the car.

The car was handed over to us without any inspection. During the 41-day rental period, we had to return to the store twice due to vehicle malfunctions. The waiting time at the store was several hours, and the replacement vehicles were progressively older. The staff at the store had a very bad attitude!

The staff at the counter was a middle-aged woman who spoke softly, which made it hard to hear her. Additionally, she was pushing the insurance sales.

Zero problems. Nice car and very clean. Pick-up and drop off were fast.

Seems like I got a good deal on the booking platform.
