Alamo is one of the larger car rental companies in the United States. Once you exit the airport and follow the signs, you will see the queue for the car rental company's shuttle bus, and the wait time is not long. The efficiency at Alamo's store for picking up and exchanging cars is quite high, the procedures are simple and standardized, which is something domestic car rental companies could learn from.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
