The model I wanted was unavailable, so they upgraded me to a big car with a 2.0-liter engine, an MPV. It was quite a waste, but luckily I found a co-driver the next day. Not bad, the good thing about a big car is that it can carry a lot of stuff. Returning the car was very convenient, it was done in a minute. Just check the exterior and fuel gauge, and you're good to go.
Although the model was different from what we initially confirmed, it was still in the same category. The car was in good condition and the service was quick. Thumbs up!
However, during settlement, the fees were overcharged, whether intentionally or unintentionally, but we corrected it upon review.
The service was exceptionally attentive, and their English was good, everything went smoothly!
