They ended up providing a Nissan X-Trail instead of the Grand Cherokee, which was a lower category vehicle. The website didn't inform us about this in advance. Overall, the rental process was smooth and the car was pretty new, so I gave three stars.

We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.
