I was supposed to pick up the Benz GLE at 11:00, but it was not available until 18:00. Fortunately, the store arranged a Mitsubishi for me to use in the city, but it did delay my schedule a bit. I hope this can be improved. During this period, I contacted the rental service, but they couldn't resolve it either.
Our English is limited, but the car rental staff were friendly and explained everything patiently. There were five staff members handling orders, so the process was quick and the wait time was short.
The service was terrible. When I arrived, there was no one there. After waiting for more than half an hour, someone finally showed up. Even then, nobody attended to me immediately. When they did, they were indifferent.
The pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple and efficient. It would be better if they could explain a bit more during pick-up.
