Car, a Mazda3, was larger than ordered so there was no difficulty with getting everything in it. Could have been smaller and more economical but no complaints.
On my e-voucher, it said I would have to take a shuttle to 2860 Del Paso. I just took the shuttle to the airport rental place and got my car there on Aviation drive. It went really quickly.

I'm not sure what I was charged although it seemed less than what I booked on line. I'll know when it goes through the bank.
Car booked was a mid size SUV however the car offered was a very small SUV and could fit only 2 suitcases. We were told this was still "Mid Size". Dollars charges for road tolls very high compared to other companies.

Easy booking but should show exactly what is or is not included in the insurance package and what additional fees to expect from rental company.
Like: Got to drive a brand new Subaru Legacy which was a surprise. I didn’t know that Dollar had Subarus, so this was a bonus. Dislike: Upon check in, the staff person tried to charge $10/day extra for my husband to also drive the car. This upsell was unacceptable and something I’ve never experienced at any other car rental place. Good news is, after complaining, the staff member agreed to not charge this extra fee.
