Very satisfied with AVIS's service! The vehicle was almost brand new and in excellent condition.

The service was enthusiastic, the processing time was fast, it's open 24 hours, and the airport shuttle bus was very convenient.

I had a full insurance order, but the staff at the counter didn't check properly and added extra insurance. When returning the car, I found the cost to be higher. After some negotiation and showing the original order, the issue was resolved smoothly. Apart from this hassle, the overall process was quick and smooth, and the company was reasonable.

Great staff and very little time needed to sort out - got a bigger car than booked (for no extra cost) which was also very fantastic. Would highly recommend.
