There are many locations and the car condition is good. It’s very convenient to pick up and drop off the car. However, there weren't enough counters to handle the initial paperwork at San Francisco Airport, so we had to wait in line.

The airport shuttle goes directly to the rental office. Just need a credit card, reservation, and passport to rent a car. Very convenient!

The service was excellent, and returning the car was very convenient. However, the wait time for processing the paperwork was a bit long. Upon arriving at the store, I spent $30 to upgrade to a Jeep SUV. Initially, they asked for $50, but seeing our hesitation, they immediately reduced it by $20.
