Returning the car was very easy. There's no need to go to the counter; just follow the signs for 'rental car return' and drive to the Alamo location. Someone will wave you down to stop. They only check if the gas tank is full, then let you take their shuttle bus to the airport.

The car rental company is acceptable. Aside from the average customer service, the process is quite fast.
