The service staff are extremely unprofessional. I rented a car for two days, misplaced a $600 GPS phone, and they charged me $1200. Finally, they admitted the mistake but didn't know when they'd refund me, nor did they apologize.

The process of picking up and returning the car each took less than 10 minutes, very convenient.

I had already purchased insurance on the rental platform but was still recommended insurance by the staff, which I agreed to in confusion, wasting money.
