There was not a single Corolla available. The self-service kiosk had a Chinese language option but I wasn't allowed to use it, and instead I was directed to the manual counter where they insisted on selling me insurance. The agent kept saying 'unfortunately' when I refused. As an experienced driver, I was very careful and made it safely through Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas without any incidents.
Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental company has a large selection of cars, so there's plenty to choose from when picking up the car.
The Los Angeles airport branch is generally acceptable. Be prepared to use a Japanese car as a replacement if the Grand Cherokee is frequently unavailable.
The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
