Very satisfied

There was no queue when we arrived at the store. We were attended by a young biracial female staff member whose attitude was beyond our expectation: arrogant, indifferent, and uncommunicative, with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. She made no effort to slow down or offer more explanations despite our language barrier. This staff member had the worst attitude I've encountered during my trip to the US. It felt like she had a prejudice against Chinese people, personal contempt towards me, or just wanted to unleash her bad mood onto others. Her attitude left me speechless. There was no deposit required for the car; we only paid for the first tank of gas (which I agreed with). After completing the paperwork, we carried our luggage to the second floor, found the Alamo section, and the staff at the entrance told us the range of cars we could choose from. After picking a car, we just drove off. I rented the smallest Japanese hatchback, which was quite new, very clean, and drove smoothly with a large enough fuel tank to go over 500 km on a single fill-up.
