Even early in the morning, there's a queue right after they open. I didn't get the Alfa Romeo I booked; they gave me a hybrid Toyota instead, and the deposit is higher than other companies. The inspection form didn't carefully record all vehicle scratches; luckily, I noticed and made them add two more. Otherwise, returning the car would have been a disaster. This was the strictest car return inspection I've ever experienced in Europe!

The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.

The pickup location is unreliable, and my rental contract had major loopholes. The drop-off location was closed on the day of return, causing significant losses.
