The car pickup process was smooth. However, when returning the car, the staff had already left and I had to return it myself, which caused some trouble. Fortunately, it was resolved smoothly.
Pickup and drop-off were convenient. I chose them because of the Alfa Romeo posters but was given a Volkswagen Golf instead. So, if you are aiming for an Alfa Romeo, the chances are very slim. Don’t be misled by the covers featuring Alfa Romeo. If there are two people, a Renault automatic would be very cost-effective. After returning, my credit card was charged 323 euros, and I don’t know what for. Post-rental service is still handling it.
