They promised airport pickup, but this company doesn't have an office at the airport at all. The pickup location is more than ten kilometers away from the airport, and no one answered the phone. When I finally got through, they instructed me to go to a place outside the airport to get a ride to the pickup location. As a foreigner unfamiliar with the language and area, I had no idea how to get there.

Gold car were understaffed and did not answer there phone for over an hour, when they did answer the phone they were extremely unhelpful. The car seats were dirty. I will never use gold car again

The staff at the dealership were exceptionally friendly, helpfull flexible and informative. Well done indeed.

Never ever again. The customer service was absolutely irespectful towards all customers.extra bills extra fees.
