As expected from a big company, both pickup and return were very fast, no upselling of insurance, and the car was new.

The staff's attitude was quite mediocre, not very friendly, and they kept pushing insurance and fuel options.

For someone like me who can only speak a few words of English, the company's service was excellent! Very trustworthy!

Booked a mid size SUV specifically to fit our luggage. As soon as the rental clerk realised we didn’t need the additional insurance we were palmed off with a smaller SUV than needed. No pre inspection by the staff, couldn’t be bothered, luckily I always take extensive photos and videos as on returning the vehicle the inspection guy stated that I should have highlighted the parking dents and scratches before hand. Luckily I have photos on pickup and drop off. Beware!

EasyRentCars were fine.

Very classy service, no additional questions nor any other hassle. Took 5 minutes max to get the car and return was even faster.
