Do not rent from Avis, they take advantage of customers. The car provided was seriously different from the one booked. Booked a Toyota, got a JEEP instead, and the fuel consumption was extremely high. Booked a gasoline car, got a hybrid instead, but using the hybrid as a gasoline car resulted in small tank capacity and high fuel consumption. I felt like I was always either refueling or on the way to refuel. The car's condition was poor as well; the car they gave me had a big dent that wasn't repaired but still rented out.

Overall service is satisfactory.

They added a lot of insurance without informing me.

No explanation was given for the change in car model. The vehicle was average. They do explain the existing damages beforehand, which is reassuring.

We got a big car we didn't need that size, but the staff said the only one car available. And the car is always alarming for oil, annoying.
