Very good and professional; the car given was not the exact model I booked but was in the same category.

Excellent service. They have a counter inside the airport and you can pick up your car directly at the airport parking lot, which is very convenient. The best part is that since it's a local company, you can pick up the car even at midnight or early morning, which other international brands can't offer.

The signage is very clear, easy to spot. I took my pre-printed confirmation, and the staff welcomed me warmly. The process was quick and simple. I had my English notarized driver's license ready, the staff just glanced at the original license and it was fine. Next, the staff escorted me to the parking lot, and the car I booked online was already prepared. The car was very new and clean, with only over 10,000 kilometers on it, basically a new car. When returning the car, just drive to the designated parking lot and look for people in Thai Rent A Car uniforms to inspect and collect the car. The procedure was very simple and done in three minutes, and the service was very friendly! I will definitely rent from Thai Rent A Car again when I go to Phuket!
