I booked a Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Nissan family SUV when I picked up the car. After negotiating, they said there were no cars left and I would need to come back the next day for a standard SUV. Since that was inconvenient, I decided to wait. Although the Edge is far from a Grand Cherokee, I didn't want to waste another day changing plans and booking accommodations, so I accepted it. I paid over $1300 for a Grand Cherokee but ended up driving a family SUV. The entire trip was frustrating.
