Not bad

The staff were very friendly and their English was good. When I picked up the car, they marked any scratches on the inspection sheet. The car was relatively new, a Corolla with less than 8000 kilometers. When returning the car, I parked it in their lot myself, without any staff guidance. The return process was smooth, mainly checking the fuel tank and some parts for any collisions. The surprise was that the staff member asked where I was going, and since I was staying near the airport, he voluntarily drove me to the hotel. Of course, the $20 tip was given willingly from my side.

The service from Thai Rent A Car was excellent. The car pickup process was fast, and they explained all the important points clearly. The vehicles are very new and drive really well. Thank you so much! Both pickup and drop-off were very efficient, and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. They have a counter inside the airport and you can pick up your car directly at the airport parking lot, which is very convenient. The best part is that since it's a local company, you can pick up the car even at midnight or early morning, which other international brands can't offer.
