No matter how careful you are, there's always some kind of fees to be charged and they never tell you this, e.g. premium location charge, which was never mentioned to me neither when I booked the vehicle nor when I met the counter staff to collect the car.
The service was just so-so, and the car wasn't a Corolla but a small SUV I didn't recognize. It ended up being my first time driving an SUV, and it was even a right-hand drive one, which was funny since I'd only ever driven hatchbacks or sedans before. Luckily, there were no scratches or accidents.
