I had my English notarized driver's license ready, the staff just glanced at the original license and it was fine. Next, the staff escorted me to the parking lot, and the car I booked online was already prepared. The car was very new and clean, with only over 10,000 kilometers on it, basically a new car. When returning the car, just drive to the designated parking lot and look for people in Thai Rent A Car uniforms to inspect and collect the car. The procedure was very simple and done in three minutes, and the service was very friendly! I will definitely rent from Thai Rent A Car again when I go to Phuket!
