The service was quite good, but the efficiency is not as high as in China. We had to wait quite a while at the pickup counter, but returning the car was very convenient. We opted for full insurance at the counter to avoid any disputes, making the return process smooth with no extra charges. We had booked a Mercedes C-Class, but it was upgraded to an S-Class at the last minute, and the car was excellent!

Bon véhicule.Malgré alerte révision 800 km avant a lfin du périple . Jeme suis intérrogé sur l'état des plaquettes de fein compte tenu du bruit de frottement que faisaient les opérations de feinage.

RAS, sauf qu'on peut pratiquement pas modifier la prise de véhicule ni le retour.

Trop d'attente pour récupérer la voiture... plus de 50 mins alors qu'il y avait seulement 3 personnes devant nous. L'agent était seul un vendredi soir à 19-20h et malheureusement très lent. Dommage...
