The reception staff was expressionless and did not explain the cost details. They didn't check the cost details of our order and simply added local insurance. By the time we noticed that the bill was almost twice as much as the price we booked online, we had already signed, and considering the late hour, our fatigue, and language barriers, we had to accept it.
No major concerns, just that AVIS has a lot of add on package to offer

No issue with booking and like the price drop protector but it would be even better if the price drop protector can rebook multiple times instead of only once.
