Good service, patient, helpful

It was okay.

There were many people picking up cars. It seems like this company has better business than the others.

Everything went smoothly, the counter is right outside Terminal 1. However, the efficiency was typical of France, very slow. What normally takes 5 minutes took nearly an hour, waiting for the paperwork and then the keys... I was assisted by a black gentleman with a very heavy accent, which was challenging for my not-so-good English. When returning the car, I was assisted by a white gentleman. The return process was simple, just hand over the keys, done in ten seconds.

I arrived early in the morning and had to wait a little while.
